This hands-on class is for people already using Claude who want to do more than just answer questions.You'll set up Claude properly, connect it to the calendar, files, and accounts you actually use, and build routines that keep running after the class ends. This isn't a features tour, it's a working session on your own real tasks, coached as you go.

What you'll learn:

• How to set up and personalise Claude so it understands how you work
• How to connect Claude to your calendar, email, and everyday apps
• How to get Claude to summarise meeting notes and pull out action items
• How to organise files and set up small, recurring tasks Claude handles for you
• How to create simple branded documents and visuals without a designer

Who should attend:

• Business owners, consultants, and small teams who already use Claude or a similar AI assistant
• Admins and professionals wanting to hand off repetitive tasks
• Anyone with a paid Claude plan who isn't sure they're getting full value from it

What to bring:

• Your own laptop + charger (not a tablet, iPad or similar)
• A paid Claude account (Pro or higher), already set up and signed in

Course Prerequisites:
This is not a beginner course. You should already have hands-on experience with Claude or a similar AI assistant like ChatGPT, and a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) is required to take part. A free account won't give you access to what we cover. If you're new to AI altogether, our AI Basics course is the better starting point.
