PAUSE, BREATHE, BE: INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

This practical and welcoming introduction to mindfulness will help you develop greater awareness of the present moment and learn simple techniques to support focus and mental clarity.

Through guided mindfulness practices, breathing exercises and everyday activities, you’ll explore how to notice where your attention goes and gently bring it back to the here and now.

The course is suitable for beginners and requires no previous experience. You’ll leave with practical mindfulness tools that you can use at home, at work and throughout your everyday life.

This practical, beginner-friendly course introduces mindfulness as a skill that can be developed through regular practice. Participants will learn simple ways to bring greater awareness to the present moment, strengthen attention and focus, and incorporate mindfulness into everyday life.
