Let’s make authentic Korean food together. It will make your meals healthier and more colorful. Step-by-step demonstration followed by hands-on cooking practice

Course outline:
1. Overview of Korean cuisine: Introduction to key dishes: banchan (side dishes) and guk (soup)
2. Safety and hygiene guidelines
3. Menu of the day (example*):
    Dish 1: Simple banchan (e.g., seasoned spinach)
    Dish 2: Basic guk (e.g., soybean paste soup) or Main dish (e.g., bulgogi)
3. Plating & Presentation Korean meals.Tips for making dishes look colorful and balanced
4. Group tasting.Sharing feedback and experiences
