Stress affects your body, thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. This course will help you understand your personal responses to stress and learn simple, effective strategies to manage them.
You’ll practise techniques in class and apply them between sessions. By the end, you’ll develop a personalised plan to support calmer thinking, balanced emotions, and healthier choices.
