Continue to develop and practice your skills in NZ Sign Language in this beginner level extension course.

A continuation class for those who have completed NZ Sign Language - Introductory 1B or students who have at least an equivalent knowledge of NZ Sign Language.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
• Start and close conversations with familar people and with strangers
• Congratulate people and give compliments
• Discuss everyday topics like the weather, wellbeing or health
• Ask about places in the community including essential services
• Describe occupations, tasks, and transport to work or community activities
• Negotiate appointments and bookings
• Ask about the price of goods or services, negotiate purchases and discuss methods of of payment
