Learn how to cook your favourite Indian food in a very easy style in a fun-filled, relaxed class. You will learn how to cook all time favourites like tandoori chicken, butter chicken, rogan josh, roti, etc. Tutor is willing to include any of your favourite dish if not already in the course. This class can be modified for vegetarians/vegans. All students attending the four week class will get a small starter pack of spices.
Please note:
Completion of this course requires an payment of an additional fee of $50. This is payable direct to the tutor at the first session, and covers the cost of ingredients for the course. Students need to bring an apron, tea towel and small container to take food home in.
