Spice up your cooking skills in this fun, relaxed Indian cooking class! Learn to prepare all‑time favourites such as tandoori chicken, butter chicken, rogan josh, and fresh roti. The tutor can even adapt the menu to include your favourite dishes or modify recipes for vegetarian or vegan diets.
Over four weeks, you’ll gain the skills to recreate these delicious meals at home. All students receive a starter pack of Indian spices to continue their culinary journey.

Class 1: Dhal (Soup); chicken curry; Aloo Jeera (potato and cumin fry) ; yellow rice
Class 2: Palak Paneer Soup; Tandoori Chicken; Plain Paratha (flat bread); Lemon Rice
Class 3: Lamb curry, deep fried bread (puri), vegetable pulao (rice); green banana fry
Class 4: Chicken Pulao N Raita salad; Aloo Tikki (potato cutlets), meanced meat/ vege stuffed paratha (bread); Malai Kofta (Cottage cheese balls in sauce)
