Join us for a hands-on journey through Cambodia’s vibrant cuisine! Over four weeks, you’ll learn to create balanced, family-style dishes using sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and spicy flavours. Each class focuses on a traditional recipe — from fresh salads and fragrant soups to rich dipping sauces and sweet sticky rice desserts.
Bring two containers (0.5–1L) each week to take your creations home.
Note: A $90 ingredient fee is payable to the tutor.
Weekly Menu Highlights:
Week 1: Fresh Salad with Cambodian Sauce (e.g., Banana Blossom or Cabbage)
Learn to prep fresh vegetables, balance flavours, and cook proteins.
Week 2: Lemongrass & Pumpkin Soup with Fish
Make kreung (spice paste) and master soup timing and aromatics.
Week 3: Prahok Ktis Dipping Sauce
Work with fermented prahok and layer flavours with coconut cream.
Week 4: Sticky Rice Balls (Num Plae Ai)
Craft aromatic desserts infused with beeswax.
