Ever wondered if you could recreate your favourite restaurant appetisers at home? You can — and it’s easier than you think!

You’ll learn to make delicious Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and Japanese bites perfect for parties or everyday snacks. Dishes may include pakoras, samosas, chaat, dahi puri, chicken tikka, potato cutlets, lamb kebabs, prawn wontons, spring rolls, dumplings, tenders, fritters and peanut sause . Menu can vary according to seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Please note:

  • An additional $40 ingredients fee is payable to the tutor at the first class

  • Bring an apron, tea towel, and small containers to take food home

  • All students will receive a small starter pack of spices to keep

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know by email - please check your emails, including your spam folder, regularly. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date. Please ensure you are aware of our terms and conditions before completing your enrolment. Note there is NO refund if you cancel less than 5 working days in advance of a class starting.
